I Built This Because I Lived It

I didn't learn about nervous system regulation from a textbook first. I learned it from surviving. I left a domestic violence marriage, raised my daughter Chloe as a single mum for 17 years, built businesses from scratch, and travelled the world together — all while figuring out how to keep going when my body was screaming at me to stop.

And then perimenopause hit, and everything I thought I'd "dealt with" came roaring back. That's when I truly understood: you can't think your way out of a dysregulated nervous system. You have to feel your way through.

Working through my own regulation journey is exactly what led me here. Writing books, running courses, and now holding space for other women to do the same. This program isn't theory. It's everything I wish someone had handed me years ago.
